Florence Apartment Melarancio Tre is one of three charming and artistic Florentine apartments,located on the same floor, tastefully refurbished, so that guests can have all the modern comforts and amenities while relaxing in the tranquility of a true Florentine environment.
The first spacious, bright master bedroom has beautiful rich furnishings, easy chairs, an antique wardrobe and dresser and mirror ; the room is covered in fresco’s.
The second spacious double bedroom has exposed wooden beams, which add character, Florentine furnishings, an antique wardrobe, and a mirror
You’ll enter the welcoming living area, which has a sofa, two armchairs, a table with four dining chairs, a desk plus an old fireplace; a typically relaxing florentine room.There’s also a flat screen TV.
The bathroom is finished with high quality fittings.There’s a shower, toilet, washbasin and a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, gas cookers, American coffee machine and kettle, pots, plates and cups.
Located in the convenient San Lorenzo area, makes the location just 30 meters. from the Cappelle Medicee, 150 mt. from the Duomo and the Santa Maria Novella Church and 200 mt. from the main train station.

Beautiful apartment in a central location, near many sights and the station. Lorenzo was extremely helpful and provided lots of useful information, as well as a lovely welcome pack. The shower was very small, with barely room to open the shower door without hitting the bidet, but otherwise all fittings were good. We would have loved it even more if it had a comfortable sofa to stretch out on after a long day sightseeing, but it was very nice indeed.

What a beautiful apartment! Beware of the multitude of stairs - no problem for us but there is no elevator, so be advised. The apartment was minutes from the train station. Location great as it was not far from anything actually. Great choice of restaurants in the vicinity. Lorenzo greeted us with a great bottle of wine along with platters of fruit & local biscuits. A perfect host.

This beautifully decorated and atmospheric apartment is in a wonderfully central location. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the kitchen functional. Lorenzo met us at the apartment with a bottle of wine, fruit and sweets. He was a treasure of information about the city. People with very small children might need to be aware that there is a small flight of steps within the apartment, as it is over two levels. Lorenzo's welcome was unexpected but delightful and his recommendation of a gelati shop led us to our best gelato experience of our Italian holiday!
