Why we love Apartment Castel Sant Angelo

A nice spacious, comfortable, meticulously maintained apartment, completely refurbished and ideally located in the historic centre, right next to the Tiber River across the bridge from one of Rome’s most spectacular landmarks, Castel Sant Angelo.

This is an honest, no fuss apartments with caring and kind proprietors that have thought of everything to make the guests feel right at home. The apartment can accommodate up to eight people and when compared to the high cost of small hotel suites in this central location, this is easily better value for travellers.

The first bedroom is spacious and bright overlooking the cobblestoned street, lined with outdoor cafes and restaurants. There is a queen size bed, and as the room is large, there is also a high quality double sofa bed for an extra two people.

There is a dining area with a table and chairs.Perfect for a large family.

The second bedroom is private from the large bedroom and has a queen size bed.

The third bedroom with one single bed and for a larger party an extra bed can be added on request.

There are three modern bathrooms with showers, washbasins and wc’s.

The kitchen, although small,is fully equipped for home cooking, with every utensil, pots and pans, crockery and serving dishes.

You will be in an exciting and extremely central area of Rome, where within few minutes you can stroll to every famous landmark this magnificent city has to offer you.

The neighbourhood is lined with great outdoor cafes, restaurants and pizzerias.

Excellent location, great restaurant right across street, lovely little breakfast spot a few more steps on the corner to the right of front door, towards the Castel. Owner was very sweet and accomodating. We had a flight cancelation which delayed us a day and were challenged with pnone service but she was a delight. Very grateful that there is an elevator to transfer luggage as the steps up to apartment a bit narrow.

Very clean, great location, owner very helpful upon arrival, plenty of room for sleeping but the kitchen was a bit small and there was really no living room area where our two groups could hang out together. Not a big deal and the sleeping areas were super comfortable and the bath and showers were great, it was just a big awkward with TV etc in one of the bedrooms versus in a separate living area. Overall, very pleased and would rent again

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was spacious, great location and equiped for the 7 of us to be comfortable. The host was very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Walking didtance to many sights. Public transport close by. Excellent value for money. Some noise but no more than to expected in a city apartment. Thankyou for our great Rome stay.

Wonderful apartment. The location was perfect - we were able to walk everywhere. It was slightly noisy outside but the trade off to being in such an ideal location was well worth it. The apartment was large and it felt very secure in terms of safety. The beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was a big convenience.

For a family group of 5, the apartment was the way to go if you want to save a few dollars. Very convenient, clean, comfortable and safe. We enjoyed the central proximity to all the major landmarks. Truly was just a few minutes of walking.

Easy to book, had to stay an extra night to get the apartment but ended up really needing the extra time in Rome. Was a superb location and the best food we ended up eating was at a new restaurant that was right across the street from the apartment. Lots of beds and a full kitchen, would highly recommend this place for a family or group of friends. Thanks for a great place in Rome!!!!! Great to have three full bathrooms, and three seperate rooms for everyone to spread out in!!

This apartment is simply wonderful. We stayed 4 nights and loved it. There was lots of room for 5 people and it was so nice to have 3 full bathrooms! There is also a small kitchen which we used to prepare coffee and a couple of dinners. Rome is very noisy, but I just slept with earplugs. The owner was very nice and responsive. I can't say enough how wonderful the building, location, and apartment was. Wifi was FAST and air condintioner, once we figured it out, was good. We loved it and didn't want to leave.
