Why we love Tritone

A most elegant refurbishment, located in the best part of Rome, in a palazzo , dating back to 1850. Grand taste on every level, sophisticated décor in a blend of Italian antiques, contemporary Europe furniture, Turkish rugs, combine with wonderful art and high tech accessories.

The apartment can only be matched by the fabulous location, a seven minute stroll to the Spanish Steps, this area offers you the variety of great restaurants, Roman street life, bars, outdoor cafes. This area is well know for luxury shopping and includes every designer boutique you can name.

The apartment opens to a large living room with open wooden beamed hand painted ceilings, a fireplace, custom made in rich Carrara marble, a plush tapestry sofa, and a specially beautiful dining table and chairs.

There are two bedrooms, the first is the inviting master bedroom which has an en suite bathroom, tiled in mosaics.

The second bedroom is in all white décor, creating a serene mood, with two single beds and custom made headboards, which enable the beds to be joined. There is a second bathroom which also has a bidet and large shower.

An extra sofa bed in the living area, makes the apartment comfortable to accommodate up to six people.

There is a separate custom built fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.

The street is quiet.

We have traveled to Italy several times always staying in hotels. We wanted this trip to be different so we rented Tititone in Rome. From the moment we met the owner and he opened those fabulous large windows - it felt like home! Off to the local market we went and returned with wine, pasta and fresh vegetables. The kitchen offered everything we needed to complete our Roman dinner. Titone is in a secure building with a lift, making it easy for luggage. The bus and train within minutes. Restaurants and retail only 1 block away. Highly recommend Titone.

Lovely apartment with a perfect location for walking all about Rome. We had arrived in Rome with a rental car and there was a parking garage right up the street from this apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated with many large windows that made the apartment bright and breezy. I have been in many rental apartments in various parts of Italy and this one was the most welcoming. The kitchen was exceptionally well supplied with appliances dishes utentials and anything you would need to prepare meals. Our stay was for five days. I was so pleased to find the apartment was well supplied with soap, tissue, detergent, etc, saving me the incconvenience as well as the additional expense of purchasing all the items necessary for day to day living. This will be our top choice in accomodations for our next vist to Rome.

Great location, between Spanish steps and Fontana di Trevi, only few steps from the Metro and the bus stop , where you find all bus directions to Vatican, Colosseum, Foro Romano, … Neighborhood was quiet and good we walked around in the evening to see the fancy shopping streets. It was cold in Rome, but we found a homely apartment with a great heating ! The kitchen was fine , the living comfortable. Riccardo , our contact person was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you, we had a wonderful time !
