Why we love Apartment Puccini

Rome Apartment Puccini – It really doesn’t get much better than three beautiful terraces, in the absolute best Rome location, Via Frattina, overlooking 180 degrees of ancient Rome, which includes views of St. Peters.

This tranquil and bright apartment is in the heart of the historic center; no need for public transport, everything is within walking distance; whether you want to walk to the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain or the.

Around the corner lie the Spanish Steps.

The apartment Puccini is approximately 110 square meters, located on the 3rd floor and spreads over three floors; a short flight of steps (15 steps) to the elevator.

The spacious lounge and dining, with natural light pouring in, features beautiful terracotta flooring and an open fireplace.

This room opens to a large thirty-three meter terrace; beautifully maintained, with a large glass dining table and wrought iron chairs, two outdoor sofas and an abundance of terracotta flowering pots.

The fully equipped kitchen with marble benches is on a higher split level area and on this same level there’s a double bedroom overlooking a romantic terrace of about twenty meters.

The bedroom has an en-suite with shower.

There’s a separate single bedroom on this floor, which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The apartment also has a separate laundry room with a washing machine.

The stairs from the living area will lead you up to the third double bedroom, which can also be separated into a twin bedroom.

This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with shower and also the third terrace.

There are also five other apartments in the same buiding making this an excellent choice for groups traveling together sleeping up to 21 people in the same building.

A lovely apartment in a ideal location, right in the centre of everything! Ideal for our first trip to Rome and we were able to walk everywhere. It was clean, spacious and suited our needs (family of 4) although the single bed was a little small and a bit hard for our 18yr old son, the other 2 double rooms and beds were really comfortable. The outdoor area would be perfect in summer. Just beware there are a few steps to carry your luggage up as it is the penthouse of the building but well worth it as it has fantastic views and a lovely open light feel once you get there! We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

We were a group of five women traveling together. The apartment was perfect for us! The location is ideal to visit all of the important sights in Rome. We walked to everything! Some of the best shopping is within a block of property. The flat itself is spacious and airy. We opened all the windows and doors to let the sounds and breezes flow through. All of the terraces were spectacular but, the main terrace is absolutely extraordinary! Large seating area where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine as the sun was setting each evening. All together, we listened to the church bells ring and talked about what we had seen that day and imagined how wonderful it would be to live in Rome! The kitchen was well equipped, although we did not cook at all. We were met by Celeste, who speaks perfect english, was very friendly and helpful. She asked one of the cleaners to bring our bags from the front door, which was extremely helpful because the elevator is typically small and you still must carry bags up one flight to the elevator. Once inside the apartment, there is also a set of stairs up to the main floor and then another spiral staircase to get to the top bedroom. So, if you cannot lift your bags and climb stairs, make sure to arrange with Celeste to have some help available when you arrive and depart. Because of the stairs, this apartment might not be the best choice for handicapped or elderly visitors. All in all, I would definitely return to Apartment Puccini. It was fantastic!

Location was great and the large patio was wonderful and relaxing. Enjoyed our stay - the apartment was very nice and the patios were incredible - the main floor bathroom shower didn't have enough hot water though and the water pressure seemed low. otherwise every thing was great and I would recommend it

We adored this apartment!! It was incredibly charming and seemed very much a part of living in Rome. We were four girlfriends celebrating our 70 th birthday. We walked to all of the beautiful sights, shopped at the local market, cooked some delicious dinners and loved dining on the terrace. Our caretaker Celeste was helpful and fun to know. We want to come back soon!!

Great experience! And the grocery store next door made staying at the apartment very easy. It was a short walk to nearly everything (we could get almost anywhere in approximately 10 minutes) and the owners were great to deal with...even after we had to move our reservation. Perfecto!

Apartment exactly as described. Charming and perfect for a group of singles traveling together. Terrace perfect for sipping wine and enjoying a Roman holiday. Note there are steps to get to the elevator and steps once you arrive inside the apartment.

Lovely apartment in great location....minutes from Spanish Steps and metro. Excellent for a family or, like us, several couples.

The apartment was wonderful - especially the 3 terraces! The location was ideal. We ran into some trouble with water temperature in one of the bathrooms - all it took was a phone call to Amelia (our landlord) and the problem was solved. We would definitely use Italy Accom again.

Terraces were FABULOUS. The location is great to all sites - you will feel very Roman. We were two married couples - 6o years old and one single. Don't rent if you can't walk up stairs - there are plenty even with elevator - but otherwise it is a great stay - loved it. walk to grocery store was easy. Joan from SC and DC

We had a wonderful family trip to Italy-Everything went like clockwork. The success was in no small measure due to the efforts of Italy-Accom.!.The accommodation exceeded our expectations particularly ÒPucciniÓ in Rome where Amalia made us so welcome. The transfers & the booking for our transport to Pompeii for the day worked perfectly.I have recommended your agency to our friends who may be visiting Italy also classmates in the Italian course I have been doing in Sydney. Please pass on my appreciation to other members of your team (Julia & Dathan ) & of course to Leon who arranged for the original suggested accommodation. Please feel free to use me as a reference. Benissimo!! Ciao, David & Melda G.

The short comment, I'll definitely book with Italy-Accom again. The customer service was great, fast replies to all emails. The apartment was exactly as pictured and described on the web site. The apartment was clean, we were met promptly at the agreed upon time to receive the keys. The support staff at Italy-Accom was extremely professional and helpful in obtaining our reservation.

The Puccini appartment was just absolutely wonderful. With 3 terraces to choose from and wonderful views accross the skyline. Breakfast on the large terrace was sublime. Perfect location for all sight seeing and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. It was even better than described.

The apartment was very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the large terrace, surrounded by lovely flowers, from which our group could see and hear the city around us.
