This is a truly wonderful place. It's about 50 meters south of the Piazza del Popolo in a neighborhood full of restaurants and cafes and convenient to the Borghese Gardens, the Spanish Steps and even the Forum. The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate 5 adults with ease. It is very modern. Signora Simona met us when we arrived and took care to explain all the features of the apartment including how to work all the appliances, and returned promptly when we needed a light bulb to be replaced. She even arranged transport for the five us to the airport when we were leaving. We would without question stay here again.

Location was everything!!!! And the apartment was just as it appeared on the website and afforded us an opportunity to enjoy Rome as if we lived there. How good was that!

Very friendly and accomodating contact. Grateful for help arranging a van to take us to the airport after our stay. Great apartment. Clean, good location, helpful pantry things. Great value for money. We are very grateful and pleased and will recommend your company and apartment to many friends and work colleagues.

This was our favorite place to stay in Italy. It is very close to a Metro stop (that is not as busy as the Metro stops closer to the Vatican and the Colosseum). The neighborhood is very safe and within short walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, lots of shopping, etc . . . and we even had a comfortable walk back from the Colosseum. The apartment is very spacious and very clean. It is amazing for the price and being in Rome. We had six adults and it fit us all comfortably. The whole apartment has been renovated and we just loved it. The owner contacted me right away after I made a reservation to provide more information, including an airport transfer. If you are coming from or going to the airport DEFINITELY use the suggested transfer. It is cheaper and much easier for six people than to take the train and the metro one-way from the airport. I am super picky about lodging but have zero complaints about this place, there is even an elevator in the building that is always free (even though the stairs are very shallow and easy to climb).

We had a fantastic week at Casa Viola. It is a beautiful apartment that is even nicer than the photos suggest and in an excellent location just 50m from Piazza del Popolo which is within walking distance of all major attactions.Within 24hr of booking we were contacted by the very friendly and helpful Simona Falsini who had gone to the effort of checking my flight details and offering to arrange a pickup from the airport (at very reasonable price) and to meet us at the apartment at an earlier time.
