Why we love Apartment Sanniti

This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the old and characteristic San Lorenzo quarter, close to Termini Station, the University “La Sapienza” and the San Lorenzo Basilica. The district, which is very lively and has a strong cultural identity, is full of interesting shops and eateries like handicraft shops, bookshop-cafes, pubs, wine bars, restaurants, trattorie and pizzerias.

It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, in the evening becoming a crowded meeting place. The apartment is situated on the top floor, with elevator, of a beautiful, newly restored 19th century building in Piazza dei Sanitti.

It is made up of three spacious bedrooms, two of which overlook Piazza dei Sanitti, one with a small balcony. The modern interior design combines elegance and functionality; each room, with different colors, has its own personality.

There are two bathrooms with shower (no tub). The kitchen and the dining area are well-designed and furnished with every appliance required for a pleasant stay, including washer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and electric kettle.

The apartment has air-conditioning in every room, LCD TV, satellite decoder, DVD/DivX player, portable stereo, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. Baby crib available on request.

The Sanniti Apartment is a gem! It was wel taken care off and everything you needed was there. You could buy groceries, wines tram/metro tickets around the corner.20 minutes per tram/metro and you are in the centrum of Rome.Tram stop 5 minutes walk away from the apartment. 20 minutes walk from the Termini. Restaurant at the Sanniti Piazza and more in the neighborhood. The apartment owners are very helpful and easy to reach. We all six had a great time!

This apartment was perfect for a trip to Rome with our young adult children and their significant others. It is located in a great neighborhood with great restaurants, stores and local hangouts near by. We primarily used the tram system to get around which was pleasant and convenient. The apartment itself was a nice size and had all the things we needed to have a nice stay. It was modern and stylish (his sister is an interior designer and it showed). Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were.We got some homemade pasta near by and cooked in a few nights.Otherwise we ate at a wonderful Osteria across the street. The owner was very helpful when we met with him to go over the details about the apartment and the area upon our arrival. We ran into a glitch leaving the apartment and he again was very kind and really helped us out. We had a wonderful visit to Rome and felt we stayed in the perfect place.

The three of us found the apartment clean and tidy. The rooms were very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean, kitchen was quite adequate for any cooking, large fridge and good crockery and utensils supply. All in all we enjoyed our fortnight stay at Sanitti.

This apartment lived up to our expectations. It was modern, having just been renovated, clean and comfortable. It was situated close to transport and also walking distance to the train station, bus stops, Colosseum, supermarkets, fruit and vegies and restaurants. I would recommend this apartment and would stay there again myself.
