This spacious Venetian apartment is perfect for couples, families and groups who wish to stay in the heart of the city, right in the San Marco district.
Situated only 100 meters from Saint Mark’s square, this ultra-characteristic apartment sleeps up to a maximum of six guests in one of the most central Venetian locations. Both elegantly restored, and featuring signature Venetian designs, Apartment Spadaria is a wonderful accommodation choice for those guests who prefer to be in the heart of the city.
The ground floor comprises of a spacious and modern, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, sleeping two guests, and a first bathroom.
On the first floor, there is a second bathroom and two very comfortably sized bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds.
The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout.
One of the most distinctive features of the apartment however is the traditional wooden turret, which gives guests an exceptional view of the city. Guests have an excellent view of both the San Marco bell tower, as well as the domes of the San Marco basilica. Such distinctive apartment features make for a wonderful getaway, whether it be a romantic trip for two, a family holiday, or a group holiday to such a unique city.

Excellent location, very close to Piazza San Marco as well as easy to access from Rialto. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep on. They were extremely hard, similar to sleeping on a wooden floor! Wifi available for a charge, but not excessively expensive, although everywhere we stayed provided it for free. The water pump was very noisy so we kept it off at night, but had to remember to turn it on each morning before our showers. A fairly basic apartment, but the location wins it good praise.
